I have brought this choccie up a few times in conversation over the last couple of years. Every so often when you have had a few drinks with your mates the 'whooooh do you remember...' conversation gets brought up.
I am one for remembering things and i normally get a positive reponse from me asking if people remember Tab Clear or Big Red Chewing gum. But on asking about Nestle Secrets, everyone goes quiet.
Why???? This was a superb, gorgeous, melt in the mouth bar of chocolate. Why does no one remember them???? For a while i started to doubt myself and think that maybe i was cracking up. Then, after doing a bit of searching on the net do i discover that there are people out there like myself who remember them.
So what are my intentions here? Why do i not have a life you're probably asking? Well i do have a life but it can be made a lot better if i could have a Secret bar again.
The population of the United Kingdom is just over 58 million. Even if only 2% of the whole population remember these choccie bars and get together to do something about it that is well over 1 million people!!
Now Nestle are not going to want to ignore and upset that amount of people/customers are they???
We simply ask them to put Serects back into production again or we will never buy Nestle products again.
I for one prefer Nescafe and Kit Kats rather than Mellow Birds and Mars Bars but Nestle dont need to know that :-)
