No one can remember the secret bar apart from me and my mum! I was four when Secret bars were out and i loved them. so disappointed when they were withdrawn from sale!
We must bring them back!

might sound a bit soppy and weird but, when i met my Gf one of the things we talked about was when we were kids and amongst friends we were the only ones who could remember SECRET, man ive searched high and low for a pic of the wrapper and as so many people have said people thought we were talking shit, the pic of it is very close BUT! i remmeber that it was Secret in non caps, and it was joined up with a thicker border, and im not 100% but didnt it have white bands goign around the wrapper too. hey anyway i back your Goal 100% matey well done much love Phil

What a great and random site,I used to love secret bars and nobody i know remembers them.But in relation to your description i am 99.9999% sure there was no caramel inside them LOL

Hey Up. I am already getting called a sad bastard Nik. If i put music on it, things will be worse. haha. Mountain dew was the future, i was drinkin it all the time when i was in Canada along with Labatts Ice ofcourse haha. But aint seen it here since the early days of Home and Bargain lol. I have some Big Red in mine. They arnt as nice as i remember and burn my mouth. They are from the USA tho an their just wierd! Anyways best get back to work. Stu.

Bloody 'ell theres been some action on here sinse last time I looked! I've been researching aboard and there's no sign of any Nestle Secrets in Spain, nor Germany! BUT I have found "Big Red" chewy. Do they still sell that in Britain? I can't recall seeing it for a while ! but in Bonn, Germany "Big Red" is available to purchase from most chewing gum venders!!! And Mountain Dew !! Mmmmm! remember that? (available in both germany and spain!) Why is Britain expelling the nice things? Plus.. whatever happened to "Wispa Golds?" They were nice them!! in my opinion nicer than secrets! (sorry stu!)

Right, let me clear a few things up here.
1) There are more people who appreciate my site than people who don?t. One of those is Sue who has given me her full backing so that is good enough for me. Hiiii Sue!! Lol.
2) Hayley ? for the record, I didn?t create this site in my week off. You may notice that the dates on the message board date back further than a week. I do have better things to do you know, like watch Deal or No Deal and the Jeremy Kyle show! Haha.
3) Faye ? yes I checked my site at 2am but as you all know, I am a late night sort of guy and very rarely go to bed before 2.30am. Nothing wrong with that!

Maybe Nestle have memory changers like in Men In Black, and managed to delete Secrets from everyone's memory, except those few lucky ones who can then set up websites like this. hell if I had a week off work, i'd definately spend my time setting one of these babies up...NOT :P

I'm Ashley and I have to say that I did think Stu was slightly obsessed with Secret Bars, even more so when he's had a few beers!!!
I haven't actually had the pleasure of remembering let alone tasting the Nestle Secret Bar..but bring them back so I can taste them and know what all the fuss is about!!!!

Hi there! I am only 17 and it seems that i am the only person my age to remember this fantastic sweet! however i do have some info that might help you remember the amazingness that was the cadburys secret!!
When i was little my mum taped dirty dancing from off the tele! now i know you are thinking what does this have to do with anything but wait and ill explain! on this tape, has all the old adverts for things like tab clear (which i dont remember at all, funnily enough!) butttttt on this tape is the advert for the SECRET!!!! so in my house on a tape i have a picture of what the secret bar actually looked like!! and the song for the advert went a little something like this:
Ohhhhhhhhh a see her face everywhere i go in the street and even at the picture showwww have you seen herrr? tell me have you seen herrr? Ohhhh!!!
the ad was about a guy trying to find a girl however havent seen it in a while so cant fully rememebr! i shall check it out and let you know if your description of it is correct!

my boyfriend and i have been going on about secrets for years, but no-one seems to remember them....they were so fine!! I can't believe theres no pics of them, i was only 7 when they stopped making them but i still remember how good they were!!!

i loved secret bars!!! they tasted so gorgeous. mmmmm i wish nestle wud bring them back, they could charge £2 a bar and i'd still buy them.
its almost like a goverment conspiracy theory, no pictures anywhere and nestle having NO information at all.... hmm maybe the bar contained illegal substances and the big cheifs are trying to cover up the fact it ever existed!!!!

I cant believe in the vastness of the internet there isnt a single picture of the Secret bar wrapper! Why is this? Why has all knowledge of this item be erased from history? Why can no one even remember it? It was only about 8 years ago!!!
Nestle MUST have some sort of record of it. Some sort of concept drawing for the wrapper? Cant they give us a photocopy of it so we can show the world WE ARE NOT INSANE!!
Or maybe an ingredients list so we can try to make it ourselves!
Come on people we need this thing back!!!
